About The Rested You

Welcome to The Rested You, a space where deep rest, connection, and personal transformation come to life. Founded by Claudia Menger and Rachel Brownbridge, our mission is to support humans in finding ease, inner connection, and peace through practices rooted in Yoga Nidra and mindful rest. We are passionate about the power of rest and believe that everyone deserves to feel at home within themselves.

 

We are the co-creators of Scandinavia's most extensive Yoga Nidra Facilitator Training, and we've helped hundreds of people find their way to rest through our workshops, classes and ceremonies.

Rachel & Claudia bring extensive expertise in deep relaxation practices - including yoga nidra, meditation and other nervous system supportive practices - and a heartfelt commitment to guiding others through life-enhancing rest.

Yoga Nidra & Deep Rest Facilitator Training

Become a compassionate, skilled guide in Yoga Nidra and Deep Rest techniques through our immersive Facilitator Training. This program is designed to empower you with tools, wisdom, and confidence to lead others into restorative rest.

The next cohort in this hybrid (in person start + online continued) starts in September (with a stay at Nøsen 11-14 of Sept) and runs until beginning of December.
