Rachel Brownbridge and Claudia Menger are the founders of The Rested You and are on a mission to make rest more accessible, and help people feel more rested and connected. Through their yoga nidra facilitator training, workshops and retreats, and online membership they share their extensive knowledge and wisdom around yoga nidrÄ, therapeutic movement, and nervous system support.
