Hi dear you! Rachel and Claudia here. We are here to support you here, this summer, with little love notes of rest. Imagine this: for a whole week you'll receive daily voice notes from us, straight in your email. They'll contain little encouragements, kind words and short little practices that anyone can do, anywhere. No matter if you only have 5 minutes, or are on the road, or are together with others 24/7: you can do these little practices.
These moments of rest are here to remind you that you don’t have to wait for autumn to exhale. Happy rested summer!

We often associate rest with winter, darkness, and stillness—but rest belongs in every season.
Summer invites us to open, bloom, and connect—but without grounding, this energy can become overwhelming. A Rested Summer is an invitation to stay soft in the light. To honour your natural rhythms. To enjoy the warmth and aliveness of summer without burning out.
This is about reclaiming rest—not as escape, but as nourishment.
The journey is for anyone longing for a slower, more grounded way to move through summer. You don’t need experience with meditation or yoga—just a willingness to pause.

Meet your guides for The Rested Summer
Rachel Brownbridge and Claudia Menger are the founders of The Rested You and are on a mission to make rest more accessible, and help people feel more rested and connected. Through their yoga nidra facilitator training, workshops and retreats, and online membership they share their extensive knowledge and wisdom around yoga nidrā, therapeutic movement, and nervous system support.
