This 4-week program is a soft landing space to explore your nervous system, understand your unique stress/rest cycle, and gently reconnect with what brings you calm, balance, and ease. Through honest reflection, nourishing practices, and shared experiences, you’ll begin to notice your patterns — and uncover the rituals and rhythms that support your return to rest. This isn’t about fixing or pushing through — it’s about remembering your body’s innate wisdom, and learning how to listen.

Understanding Your Unique Nervous System

We’ll explore the foundations of your stress/rest cycle, helping you gently map how your nervous system responds to daily life, triggers, & emotion. This is an invitation to notice-not judge-your patterns.

Rest Practices That Actually Work for You

Through guided tools like Yoga Nidra, somatic practices, journaling, and group reflection, you’ll discover what genuinely supports your system. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach — it’s about finding what feels right for you.

Meet your guides for the course

Rachel Brownbridge and Claudia Menger are the founders of The Rested You and are on a mission to make rest more accessible, and help people feel more rested and connected. Through their yoga nidra facilitator training, workshops and retreats, and online membership they share their extensive knowledge and wisdom around yoga nidrā, therapeutic movement, and nervous system support.
