Meet Rachel

Rachel is a compassionate, holistic guide, mentor and thought leader who works alongside you to fortify your mind body AND your intuition to offer a uniquely cohesive holistic practice. Her life's work is dedicated to exploring the concepts of wellbeing and their interconnectedness to how we can live with more purpose, joy and energy. Helping you befriend and apply your mind, body AND your intuition to offer a uniquely cohesive holistic practice. 

Meet Rachel

Meet Claudia

Claudia is a yoga teacher and women's guide, specialised in therapeutic feminine yoga and yoga nidra. She believes in living, working and practicing yoga, following seasons and cycles, and loves using somatic practices during rites of passage, big transitions and tiny shifts. A burnout at age 25 guided her in the direction of rest as a practice, and yoga nidra became her practice to navigate the waves of life.
